As a cis-gay man, I’ve spent much of my life unlearning the harmful messages society sends about what it means to be LGBTQIA+: that we’re somehow broken or unworthy. Let me be clear—you are not broken. You are not unworthy. You are fabulous, vibrant, and deserving of all the beauty and joy this world has to offer.

I became a therapist to share what I’ve learned and to help bring healing, not just to queer folks but to anyone who knows the pain of feeling left out. In our work together, you can expect a safe, affirming, and sometimes even playful space where we collaborate to create real, practical solutions for your life—whether for you or your relationship.

I draw on mindfulness, attachment theory, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you navigate tough emotions like depression and anxiety and foster a deeper connection with your authentic self. These frameworks can support you in exploring your inner world, healing old wounds, and building healthier relationships with yourself and others.

Do you find perfectionism holding you back? Are you compensating in some areas of your life because you feel ashamed? Are you masking parts of your identity to fit in? These are struggles many of us in the queer community know all too well, and they’re central to my work. I’ll hold a compassionate, nonjudgmental space for you to confront these issues and cultivate a kind, supportive inner voice that silences self-criticism.

For relationships, whether you’re navigating communication issues, frequent conflicts, challenges around intimacy, or exploring new relationship dynamics, I’m here to help. I affirm and celebrate all types of relationships—monogamous, ethically non-monogamous, polyamorous, kinky, sub/dom, and more. Together, we’ll dive into the unique contours of your relationship to identify challenges and adapt solutions to your specific needs.
